Tender for Facility Upgrades at MEDITE Europe DAC

MEDITE Europe DAC is seeking suppliers for facility upgrades at its location in Redmondstown, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The project involves upgrading the Line 2 and BDR Control Rooms and is expected to start in the third quarter of 2025. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and installing all necessary materials, components, and labor to complete the work as outlined in the Scope of Works. It is important to note that the upgrades will take place in an active MDF manufacturing facility, which will remain operational during the construction period. Therefore, compliance with MEDITE’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Contractor Requirements is essential. The project will be classified as 'Construction Work' under the Health and Safety Authority's regulations, and a Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) will be appointed to oversee safety and compliance. Contractors must cooperate with the PSCS, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure that all workers have the necessary safety certifications.
