Flue Gas Abatement System Design, Supply and Installation for Biomass Boiler

MEDITE Europe DAC is seeking qualified contractors to design, supply, install and commission a flue gas abatement system for a biomass boiler facility in Ireland. The system must treat boiler flue gas and reduce particulate emissions to ensure compliant and reliable plant operation. Key requirements include: system design suitable for specified operating conditions (flue gas flow, temperature, moisture, dust loading); integration with existing boiler, draft system, stack and controls; equipment such as main abatement unit, ductwork, support steelwork, platforms, insulation, ash collection, instrumentation and electrical integration; achievement of required emissions performance with acceptable pressure drop and operability; proven industrial technology compliant with EU legislation, standards and CE marking; and comprehensive services including detailed engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, performance verification, operator training and provision of technical documentation. This is a pre-qualification phase, with selected bidders advancing to technical proposal evaluation and detailed tendering.
