Electric Minibuses for Students in Iași County

This public procurement contract is for the supply of electric minibuses as part of the project "Acquisition of Electric Minibuses for Students in Iași County". The contract seeks to procure three electric minibuses with a capacity of 16+1 seats. Detailed technical, functional, and safety specifications, as well as required equipment, are included in the annex to the specifications document, which outlines the minimum requirements and terms of reference integral to the award documentation. Interested suppliers have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, adhering to the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to bidders/candidates. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Responses to clarification requests will be published in the SEAP under the section "List, Clarifications, Notifications, and Decisions" of the participation announcement. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests from economic operators by the deadline established according to Article 27, paragraph (3) of HG 395/2016. The authority will only respond to requests made by the deadline. Clarifications will be provided clearly and completely as follows: - 24 days before the submission deadline for requests made 30 days prior; - 12 days before the submission deadline for requests made 18 days prior. The delivery period for the minibuses is a maximum of 90 calendar days from the issuance of the administrative order to commence delivery by the beneficiary. The estimated value of the contract is 3,805,785.10 lei excluding VAT, which includes: - 3 electric minibuses (16+1) for 3,802,785.10 lei excluding VAT; - documentation necessary for public road circulation (3 documents) for 3,000 lei excluding VAT.
