Medical Equipment Supply Contract for Emergency Unit Expansion

The breakdown is as follows: Lot 1 - 414,121.05 lei, Lot 2 - 55,894.62 lei, Lot 3 - 164,585.66 lei, Lot 4 - 71,386.55 lei. The contract duration is a maximum of 35 days from the issuance of the start order by the contracting authority. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, adhering to the deadline set by the contracting authority. Clarifications must be requested within 18 days before the submission deadline. Responses to clarification requests will be published in the SEAP under the section for clarifications and notifications. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications only within the established deadlines.
