Portable Electronic Voting System for Iasi County Council Meetings

This public procurement contract seeks suppliers for a portable electronic voting system intended for use in meetings of the Iasi County Council. Additionally, the system must be configured and operational at the Iasi County Council's premises within a maximum of 60 days from the contract signing. Training for users will include at least two sessions, and suppliers must provide technical manuals, connection diagrams, maintenance guides, and training sessions for the staff responsible for managing the application and voting system. Payment terms stipulate that invoices must be processed within 30 days of receipt through the ANAF e-invoice system.
