Floating Platform for Divers

The floating platform for divers is a key component of the research and development project "Development of a Complex Training Area for the Training and Preparation of Professional Divers." Continuous training of professional divers to international standards, creating the necessary reflexes and skills for underwater activities conducted at the 39 Divers Center, requires the development of a complex underwater training area. This multi-role floating platform is intended for the training and preparation of both military and civilian divers. The platform can be towed to different operational areas as needed, equipped with all specific gear and a complete team of divers, adapting to mission requirements. The floating platform, positioned on the surface of the underwater training area, provides logistical support for all three main underwater modules. Minimum mandatory requirements regarding the product configuration are specified in the specifications document. Any reference in the award documentation (including the specifications document) indicating a specific certification, authorization, origin, source, production, special process, trademark, patent, and/or manufacturing license will be interpreted as being accompanied by the mention "or equivalent." Requests for clarifications can be made up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications or information regarding the award documentation received in a consolidated manner on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
