This contract opportunity involves providing optional life insurance services for personnel in the Naval Forces who engage in parachuting and/or diving activities within the national territory of Romania. The insurance must cover risks associated with bodily injury or illness that may affect the insured's health, potentially leading to partial or total disability or death. Coverage includes accidents, disasters, and other events such as illness, gunshot wounds, radiation exposure, and cardiac arrest that occur during parachuting and diving activities, training for combat, or while fulfilling service duties. Key risks covered include: - Death - Disability (Grades I, II, and III) - Illnesses resulting from military actions or training that lead to irreversible injuries or physical defects - Hospitalization and outpatient treatment costs for periods ranging from 3 to 90 days, provided proof of expenses is submitted - Medication and treatment costs, with proof of expenses required Claims for disability or death resulting from accidents, disasters, or similar events occurring during training, travel to and from the mission site, and while executing duties within the national territory are included. Suppliers have 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests received in a consolidated manner on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
