Park Renovation Project for Pathways and Lighting

This contract involves the renovation of pathways, outdoor stairs, walls, a flowerbed, and a fountain with drainage to the sewage system, as well as the installation of lighting around the 'Browar Przystań' restaurant in the Silesian Park. The project will be executed under a 'Design and Build' approach. Key tasks include: 1) Developing a construction project for the mineral surface of pathways and sandstone stairs, renovating stone and clinker walls, and installing a new electrical lighting system, along with obtaining necessary approvals and administrative decisions (Stage 1). 2) Conducting construction work for the renovation of pathways, stairs, walls, and fountain, preparing the construction site, storing materials, and protecting existing greenery (Stage 2). 3) Creating an informational sign.
