Construction of a Recreational and Sports Zone in Silesian Park

This contract involves the design and construction of a recreational and sports zone in Silesian Park, Chorzów, including necessary infrastructure. The project will be executed under a 'Design and Build' model. The scope includes two main phases: 1) Phase I - Development of the executive project, which includes creating construction documentation based on the client's concept and functional program, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for construction, and preparing a detailed investment cost estimate. 2) Phase II - Construction works, which involve executing the construction according to the developed documentation and obtaining all necessary documents for the use of the completed facilities, including notification of construction completion and intent to use. Detailed project descriptions are provided in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and its attachments. Additional conditions for the contract execution are specified in the draft contract provisions.
