Renovation of the Biodiversity Center Building in Silesian Park

This contract involves the renovation of the Biodiversity Center building (formerly the 'Champion' restaurant) located in Silesian Park, Chorzów. The project will be executed under a 'Design and Build' framework. The scope includes: 1) Phase I: a) Preparing construction project documentation based on the client's concept and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for starting and completing the construction work, including environmental impact assessments if required, and a valid building permit; b) Developing a detailed investment cost estimate; c) Creating execution documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and technical standards. 2) Phase II: a) Carrying out construction work according to the prepared documentation and obtaining a valid occupancy permit; b) Installing an information board. A detailed description of the contract is provided in the PFU with attachments (Attachment No. 3 to SWZ). Additional conditions for the contract execution are specified in the draft contract provisions (Attachment No. 2 to SWZ). This contract is part of the project 'Establishment of the Park Biodiversity Center and infrastructure elements' under agreement No. FESL.02.14-IZ.01-0781/23, funded by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027, Priority FESL.02 'European Funds for Green Development', Action FESL.02.14 'Nature Protection and Biodiversity – Non-competitive mode', as part of the project 'EKOPARK green pearl of Silesia – a journey to biodiversity'.
