    Brief

    The contract involves the delivery of two main components: 1. Part 1: Supply of servers for bioinformatics analysis, specifically for identifying Open Reading Frames (ORFs) and fragments of proteins with potential bioactivity, as well as for data computation and security. 2. Part 2: Supply of Big Data desktop computers for specialized work. Detailed conditions for the execution of the order are specified in Annex 4 to the Terms of Reference – the assortment and price sheet, and Annex 5 to the Terms of Reference – the contract template. The buyer clarifies that any references to common names, trademarks, or manufacturers in the Terms of Reference and its attachments are solely for defining visual, technical, and quality characteristics. The names of products, trademarks, patents, or origins mentioned should be considered as examples; the buyer allows the use of equivalent materials or products. An equivalent product is defined as one that has the same functional, visual, material, and technical characteristics as the specific product indicated in the Terms of Reference but is marked with a different trademark, patent, or origin. The quality of the equivalent product must not be inferior to that described in the order and must not lower the standards or change the technical solutions adopted in the Terms of Reference and its attachments, thus ensuring that the user does not lose any performance, functionality, or usability described or resulting from the Terms of Reference. The names and codes related to the subject of the order are defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): • Part 1: 30236100-3 Memory expansion devices; 30233000-1 Data storage and reading devices • Part 2: 30200000-1 Computer equipment; 30213000-5 Personal computers; 30231300-0 Screen monitors.
