The purpose of this procurement process is to establish framework agreements for the supply of printing devices, referred to as 'goods' in the subsequent sections. Bidders are allowed to submit partial offers divided into the following four tasks: 1) Task 1 – Purchase of portable A4 printers; 2) Task 2 – Purchase of monochrome A4 printers; 3) Task 3 – Purchase of color multifunctional A3 devices; 4) Task 4 – Purchase of black and white multifunctional A3 devices. A detailed description of the procurement items is provided in Chapter XIX of the procurement documents and in attachments 6A-6D (specific to each task). The buyer requires a minimum warranty and guarantee period of 36 months for each task, starting from the date of signing the quality acceptance protocol for the delivery. The warranty period cannot be shorter than the guarantee period. Bidders must submit a completed and signed description of the offered goods, based on the template in attachments 6A-6D (specific to each task). This document is an integral part of the offer and cannot be supplemented later. The buyer requires the submission of specific evidence to confirm that the offered goods meet the requirements specified in the procurement description. If the bidder fails to submit the required evidence or if the evidence is incomplete, the buyer will request their submission or completion within a specified timeframe. The buyer may also request clarifications regarding the content of the evidence. Evidence prepared in a foreign language must be submitted along with a translation into Polish. Alternative offers are not allowed. The buyer may cancel the procurement process if the public funds intended for financing the order are not granted. Bidders must indicate in their offer which parts of the order will be subcontracted and provide the names of any known subcontractors. The type and scope of contract changes are specified in Chapter XIX of the procurement documents. Bidders are bound by their offers for 90 days from the deadline for submission, with the first day of binding being the deadline for submission, which is until October 20, 2025. According to the EU regulations on data protection, the buyer informs that the data administrator is the Chief of Police Headquarters, and the data protection officer can be contacted at the provided address. Only bidders who are not excluded based on specific legal provisions may apply for this contract.
