    Brief

    The contract involves providing vehicle bodywork and paint repair services, as well as damage assessment for police vehicles owned by the Capital City Police Headquarters (KSP). Suppliers can submit partial offers divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 - Services related to bodywork and damage assessment for police vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons; 2) Task 2 - Services related to bodywork and damage assessment for police vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons. Detailed descriptions of the tasks can be found in Chapter XIX of the Terms of Reference and Annex 6. The contractor may subcontract parts of the order, and must indicate in their offer which parts will be subcontracted and the names of any known subcontractors. The contractor or subcontractor must employ individuals under a labor contract to perform tasks such as restoring vehicle functionality, replacing worn or damaged parts, and inspecting and repairing electrical systems. The buyer, the Capital City Police Headquarters, reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for the contract are not allocated. The contractor is bound by their offer for 90 days from the deadline for submission, which is until November 8, 2025.
