Procurement of Bakery Products in Hungary

This contract involves the procurement of food raw materials as detailed in the product list. A total of 25 types of bakery products are required, including sliced semi-brown bread, sliced whole grain bread, Szatmár rolls, cut rolls, bran long rolls, seed rolls, Szatmár croissants, banana croissants, cheese sticks, pizza cuts, small brioche, flavored buns, raised cocoa spirals, hamburger rolls, log croissants, fluffy cakes, homemade-style small pastries, cheese pastries, butcher's pastries, pizza spirals, school cheese pillows, school poppy pillows, school apple pillows, school sour cherry pillows, and large croissants, totaling 224,200 pieces. The buyer may deviate from the specified quantity by +/- 15%. References to brand, type, origin, patent, or trademark are made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject; equivalent products may be offered. Bidders may only submit offers for products that fully comply with the standards of the Hungarian Food Codex, and during the contract, the buyer will only accept products that meet these standards. Bidders must declare in their offers that they guarantee the delivery of the specified quantity of products in full compliance with the Hungarian Food Codex. The successful bidder must have a valid HACCP certification at the time of contract signing.
