Romania – Smart Cards Supply Framework Agreement

This contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement for the supply of multi-technology PROX/SEOS smart cards with contact interfaces, following an open tender procedure. Suppliers can request clarifications until 27 days before the bid submission deadline, specifically until August 4, 2025. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests from economic operators by the 24th day before the bid submission deadline, which is by August 8, 2025. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform.
