Medical Supplies Contract for Cardiology Clinic

This procurement contract involves the delivery of specific medical devices and supplies, specifically pacemakers, to the Cardiology Clinic at the University Hospital "Sveta Anna" in Sofia, Bulgaria. The contract is based on written requests from the hospital, following the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The delivery period is set for 12 months, with deliveries occurring periodically based on the hospital's needs. Suppliers must propose a delivery timeframe in calendar days, not exceeding 2 days from the receipt of a written request. The procedure includes 37 distinct lots, and suppliers can submit offers for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each supplier may submit only one offer according to the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The medical devices and supplies offered must meet the parameters specified in the technical specifications provided by the hospital. Each technical proposal must include the following documents: 1. A catalog from the manufacturer of the offered medical devices, indicating the specific model/catalog number, demonstrating compliance with the hospital's requirements outlined in the technical specifications. 2. An authorization letter, valid at the time of the offer submission, from the manufacturer or their representative, granting the supplier the right to trade their products. If the letter is issued by a representative, a document from the manufacturer confirming their authority must also be provided. This procedure will be conducted under the conditions of Article 74, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
