Supply of Ready-Mixed Concrete for Road Maintenance

This contract is for the supply and delivery of ready-mixed concrete intended for the maintenance of intercommunal roads. It is a re-launch of the previous consultation (M2025-023). According to Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: Ordinary Concrete, - Lot 2: Specific Concrete. Economic operators may submit bids for all lots, and the lots may be awarded to a single economic operator. This consultation will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The maximum amount for each lot is: - €150,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1; - €150,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. The validity period for each lot is four years from the notification date. The execution time for each lot is 72 hours from the notification of the purchase order. Candidates must provide samples as required (see Article 5-3 of the RC).
