Fuel Supply and Delivery for Troyes Champagne Métropole

This procurement opportunity is for the supply of accredited cards for fuel procurement (SP95, SP98, and Diesel), additives (ADBLUE), parking, and toll badges for Troyes Champagne Métropole. Accredited cards are issued by the provider and allow payment for services limited to the contract's purpose without immediate financial advance. Excluded are products not related to this contract, such as food consumables, windshield washer fluid, and lubricants. According to Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Supply and delivery of fuels via accredited cards and toll badges - Lot 2: Supply of domestic heating oil and GNR. This consultation only concerns Lot 1. Lot 2 will be subject to a separate and later consultation. In accordance with Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted each time a need arises through the issuance of purchase orders, as per Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. According to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will have a maximum amount of €300,000 excluding tax per year. The validity of this contract starts from the notification date for a duration of one year, with the possibility of three automatic renewals for 12-month periods. The public contract holder cannot refuse renewal in accordance with Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code. In case of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the public contract holder at least one month before the contract's expiration. Execution deadlines are specified in Article E2 of the AE.
