Assistance for Economic Zone Development in Bouilly, France

This contract opportunity is for selecting a service provider to assist in the project management for the creation of an Economic Activity Zone (Zone d’Activités Économiques) in Bouilly, located within the Troyes Champagne Métropole area. The selected provider will be responsible for preparing and finalizing the public utility declaration (Déclaration d'Utilité Publique - DUP) documentation and will support Troyes Champagne Métropole in all necessary regulatory and operational procedures related to expropriation. This opportunity specifically pertains to Lot 2 of the project, which focuses on the DUP process for the Bouilly zone. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 1 involves administrative tasks, including a preliminary investigation and a parcel survey, while Phase 2 covers judicial aspects. The contract will be awarded as a standard public contract with mixed pricing, including fixed and unit prices, with a maximum limit of €12,000 excluding tax for unit price services. The contract is valid for three years from the notification date to the awarded supplier.
