Supplies for Printers and Copiers

This announcement pertains to the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of consumables for printers, copiers, multifunction devices, and fax machines. The contracting authority plans to issue one larger order quarterly and 2-3 smaller orders during each quarter. The estimated total quantity of materials to be ordered includes approximately: 550 drums, 283 waste toner cartridges, 80 ribbons, 30 developers, 4164 toners, and 345 inks. According to the Industrial Property Law and the European Patent Convention, the offered products must not infringe on the patent rights of manufacturers. The supplied materials must not limit the functionality and quality of the specified equipment. The contractor must ensure that the offered goods are fully compatible with the devices they are intended for. The contractor is fully responsible for any damage to the contracting authority's equipment caused by poor quality products, provided that the contracting authority has maintained proper operating conditions. The contractor must cover all costs related to determining the causes of any damage and repairs, including expert assessments by an independent entity. The supplied products must be brand new; refurbished consumables are not allowed. The contractor is also required to collect and legally dispose of used toners and cartridges without additional compensation. Products must be manufactured no earlier than 24 months before the delivery date. The contractor must provide a warranty of 24 months for drums and 12 months for other items, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers material and construction defects, as well as failure to meet declared parameters. If the offered materials are brand new but not produced by the device manufacturer, the contracting authority may require proof of compliance. Detailed information about the required documentation will be provided with the invitation to submit offers. The contractor must include specific documents to confirm that the offered products meet the technical requirements set by the contracting authority.
