Consultant for Evaluation and Impact Assessment

St. Osyth Priory and Parish Trust is seeking a qualified Evaluation, Economic, and Social Impact Consultant for a project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. This project involves redeveloping the Tithe Barn and Old Dairy into event and community spaces. The consultant will work through the Development and Delivery Phases of the project, coordinating evaluations and preparing a final evaluation plan according to the funder's guidelines. The role includes capturing data on economic and social impacts and ensuring alignment with HM Treasury's guidance. The work is divided into two phases: the Development Phase, which includes preparing an evaluation framework and evaluating the Development Phase, and the Delivery Phase, which involves evaluating the Delivery Phase. The final report should provide detailed recommendations for the project's legacy. The budget for the Development Phase is £25,000, and for the Delivery Phase, it is £35,000, contingent on successful funding. The deadline for submissions is August 13, 2025.
