Ireland – Framework Agreement and Three Contracts for Property Management Services in Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster

An Irish public authority is establishing an 8-year framework agreement to appoint qualified contractors for comprehensive property management services across multiple regions. The framework covers management of various properties with services including asset register development and maintenance, facilities management system implementation, annual maintenance planning, planned and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment, bus stop maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and winterisation activities. Three initial contracts will be awarded concurrently for property management in Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster. The estimated contract value is €22.9 million (excluding VAT), with potential to reach up to €26.3 million over the 8-year period if additional bus routes and depot facilities are added. This is indicative and non-binding; no minimum expenditure is guaranteed. Qualified contractors should be prepared to provide mobilisation and demobilisation services and maintain detailed records and reports throughout the contract term.
