Legal Advisory Services Framework Agreement for Pensions Authority

The Pensions Authority is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement to provide legal advisory services. Successful suppliers will offer expertise in pensions law, trust law, public administrative law, regulatory law, and tax law related to pensions. Key responsibilities include providing legal assistance on domestic and EU pension matters, advising on IORP II and III compliance, supporting implementation of EU legislation, and assisting with pensions reform initiatives. The Authority may also request legal advice on organizational and public sector matters. This is an open tender process for multiple suppliers. The framework agreement is scheduled to commence in December 2026. Suppliers should have strong knowledge of EU pension law, regulatory compliance, and experience advising public sector organizations.
