Festive Lights and Christmas Trees for Windlesham Parish

Windlesham Parish Council is looking for contractors to supply and install Christmas trees and festive lighting in three locations: Bagshot, Lightwater, and Windlesham. This tender is for a single contract covering all three areas, and contracts will not be awarded separately. The chosen contractor will be responsible for the supply, installation, and removal of all festive lights, as well as the supply and installation of Christmas trees and tree lights. In case of emergencies, the contractor must respond within two hours, and for other issues, within 24 hours. Interested contractors should refer to Appendix 1 for detailed requirements and complete Appendix 2, the Standard Selection Questionnaire, which must be submitted with the tender application. All questions in parts 1, 2, and 3 must be answered. To qualify, contractors must demonstrate relevant experience with evidence of similar past projects, provide at least one reference, and include a copy of valid insurance (including public liability insurance of £10 million), a risk assessment, and a HERS certificate. Contractors are required to fill out the attached tender spreadsheet and submit an estimated cost breakdown for a period of three consecutive years. The Council reserves the right to award the contract for one, two, or three years, or not to award it at all. All tender submissions must be sent in hard copy to the Clerk at the Windlesham Parish Council office, clearly marked as the invitation to tender and sealed.
