Festive Lights and Christmas Trees for Windlesham Parish

Windlesham Parish Council is looking for contractors to supply and install Christmas trees and festive lighting in three locations: Bagshot, Lightwater, and Windlesham. This tender is divided into three separate lots, allowing suppliers to bid on one, multiple, or all lots. Each lot will be evaluated on its own, and contracts may be awarded separately. The chosen contractor will be responsible for providing, installing, and removing all festive lights, as well as supplying and installing Christmas trees and tree lights. In case of an emergency, the contractor must be able to respond to the site within two hours, and for other requests, they must attend within 24 hours. For more details, please refer to Appendix 1 for specific requirements and Appendix 2 for the Standard Selection Questionnaire, which must be completed and submitted with your tender application. It is essential to answer all questions in parts 1, 2, and 3. To qualify, contractors must demonstrate relevant experience with evidence of similar past or current projects. At least one relevant reference and proof of valid insurance, including public liability insurance of £10 million, a risk assessment, and a HERS certificate, must be included with the application. Interested contractors should fill out the attached tender spreadsheet and provide an estimated cost breakdown for three consecutive years. Please note that the Council reserves the right to not award the contract or to award it by lot for one, two, or three years. All tender submissions must be sent in hard copy to the Clerk at the Windlesham Parish Council office. Ensure that submissions are sealed and clearly marked as the invitation to tender.
