Counselling Services for Birth Relatives

This contract opportunity is for the provision of counselling services specifically aimed at birth relatives affected by adoption. The services are to be provided in accordance with the Statutory Guidance on Adoption, Chapter 2. Adoption Connects, a regional adoption agency, will be facilitating these services for the Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes councils, meaning that the counselling must be accessible to birth relatives from both areas. The Council is committed to supporting suppliers throughout the quotation process. All questions and answers will be shared with all bidders to ensure transparency and fairness. Quotations and any necessary attachments must be submitted electronically via the In-tend system by January 30, 2026, at 5 PM. Please ensure that your submission is made through the 'My Return' section of the system, as any quotations sent through the correspondence feature will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered.
