Software Implementation Services for E-Services Development in Prostki

The contract involves the development of electronic services in the municipality of Prostki, as detailed in Appendix 5 of the procurement documentation. The main goal of the project is to provide external clients (citizens and businesses) with access to high-quality electronic public services. All planned activities will aim to achieve this main goal by increasing the availability or maturity of public services provided electronically and creating or improving the technical and organizational conditions for servicing these services. The ability to utilize high-quality electronic public services in client-administration relations will help minimize the inconveniences associated with administrative procedures experienced by clients and positively impact the quality of service provided by staff.
