Building Extension and Renovation Works at Lycée Philippe DE GIRARD-SCHUMAN in Avignon

This contract involves demolition, restructuring, and extension of the electronic workshops and relocation of the EMAT facilities at Lycée Philippe DE GIRARD-SCHUMAN in Avignon. The project aims to address the immediate need for relocating and consolidating electrotechnical education within a coherent area. The new workshops will be part of Building C, which has been affected by structural damage due to an exceptional snow event. The works include demolishing existing electrotechnical workshops and reconstructing three new workshops for BTS, BAC PRO, and CAP students on the same site. Additionally, a separate building will be constructed to house the Mobile Technical Assistance Team (EMAT) in the southwest part of the campus. During the construction period, two temporary modular workshops will be set up on-site. Renovation of safety systems in Buildings C, D, and G is also planned due to obsolescence. The project is divided into 10 lots, covering various construction and renovation tasks, with specific environmental clauses included. The estimated duration for the entire project is approximately 43 months, starting from the notification of the contract until the end of the warranty period.
