Professional Computer Services in Bulgaria

This public procurement contract is for the provision of professional computer services, specifically subscription and maintenance services for office equipment including computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers, and more. The contract also includes the delivery of spare parts, materials, and consumables for the office equipment owned by the Territorial Division 'State Forest Management Kotel' for a duration of 24 months. The estimated value of the contract is up to 16,000 Bulgarian Lev (16,000 BGN), excluding VAT, and is divided as follows: up to 9,600 BGN for subscription and maintenance services for the duration of the contract, and up to 6,400 BGN for the delivery of spare parts, materials, and consumables. The procurement will be executed under the conditions described in the participation documentation and according to the requirements specified by the contracting authority in the Technical Specification.
