Liquid Oxygen Supply for Medical Use

This contract involves the supply of liquid oxygen for medical purposes to the University Hospital "Sveta Anna" in Sofia, Bulgaria. The supplier is required to deliver liquid oxygen according to the technical specifications provided by the contracting authority, which are included in the tender documentation. The contract duration is 12 months, with periodic deliveries based on the hospital's needs and preliminary orders. The delivery time must be proposed by the supplier and cannot exceed 36 hours from the receipt of an order from the hospital. Payments will be made in Bulgarian levs via bank transfer, with a deferred payment period of no less than 60 calendar days after the submission of an invoice, acceptance protocol, order from the hospital, and an analysis certificate for the delivered batch as specified in the technical specifications. The hospital consumes approximately 400,000 kg of liquid oxygen annually. The supplier must provide and install their own cryogenic storage tank with a capacity of at least 9,900 liters and an evaporator at the hospital's premises for the duration of the contract. The final price must include all costs to the end recipient, the Oxygen Station at University Hospital "Sveta Anna" in Sofia.
