Periodic Supply of Construction Materials for Municipal Buildings

The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor for the periodic supply of construction materials, products, and industrial goods necessary for the repair, maintenance, and cleaning of municipal buildings and facilities. The procurement is divided into specific categories: 1) Wooden construction materials; 2) Metal products and fasteners; 3) Tools and finished construction products; 4) Paints, varnishes, cladding materials, and accessories; 5) Electrical materials; 6) Plumbing materials; 7) Inert materials, ready-made construction mixtures, tools for working with them, and cutting tools; 8) Cleaning products and supplies. The contract includes the delivery of materials intended for cleaning, maintenance, and both minor and major repairs of buildings housing municipal units. The supplier will provide materials upon receiving a request from a responsible employee in the respective municipal unit. Deliveries will be made to the municipal unit that submitted the request. The procurement encompasses a total of 1,290 items, including 62 wooden items, 246 metal items, 142 tools and finished construction products, 74 paints and cladding materials, 231 electrical materials and accessories, 405 plumbing items, and 130 items from the categories of inert materials, ready-made construction mixtures, and tools for working with them. The estimated quantities for each of the 1,290 items are detailed in the technical specifications of the procurement. The execution of the contract will take place at the warehouses of the budgetary units of the Municipality of Tervel in Tervel and the villages of the municipality, including mayoralties, kindergartens, social service centers, and the municipal administration.
