Specialized Transportation Services for Students and Teachers in Tervel Municipality for the 2025-2026 School Year

This public procurement aims to provide specialized transportation services for children, students, and teachers during the 2025-2026 school year within Tervel Municipality. The contract is divided into three specific lots: Lot 1: 'TERVEL-ONOGUR-TERVEL'; Lot 2: 'TERVEL-GRADNITSA-TERVEL'; Lot 3: 'TERVEL-VOINIKOVO-TERVEL'. The services include ensuring specialized vehicle transportation for students and teachers along three main routes, supporting the following educational institutions: For Lot 1: 'Dr. Petar Beron' School in Kolarci; For Lot 2: 'Otec Paisiy' School in Nova Kamena, 'Hristo Botev' School in Kableshkovo, 'Yordan Yovkov' School in Tervel, and 'Docho Mihaylov' Vocational School in Tervel. For Lot 3: 'Pyrvi Yuni' Kindergarten, 'Yordan Yovkov' School in Tervel, and 'Docho Mihaylov' Vocational School in Tervel. The transportation will cover children of mandatory preschool age and students from grades I to XII, who travel from areas without kindergartens or schools, in accordance with the relevant regulations. The transportation services will be provided for a period of 12 calendar months, from September 15, 2025, to September 14, 2026, on designated routes and according to a coordinated schedule, as outlined in the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation.
