Reconstruction and Expansion of Juraj Dobrila Elementary School

This procurement opportunity involves the construction, reconstruction, and expansion of Juraj Dobrila Elementary School, including the development of outdoor sports facilities and landscaping. The project has been approved with a valid construction permit for the reconstruction and expansion of a public and social purpose building (elementary school) located on parcel number 8560 in the Rovinj cadastral municipality, covering a total area of 29,893.00 m2. The goal of the expansion and reconstruction of the main building of Juraj Dobrila Elementary School on Stanka Pauletića Street, Rovinj-Rovigno, is to facilitate single-shift schooling for the entire school. This includes modernizing kitchen facilities and dining areas, as well as upgrading the existing kitchen to serve as a central kitchen for multiple schools (preparing meals for PŠ J. Dobrile Rovinjsko Selo and OŠ Vladimira Nazora). According to projections from the Ministry of Education, the new spaces are planned to accommodate 584 students, with 251 in primary classes and 325 in subject classes. The procurement includes the execution of construction, craft, and installation works in both the interior and exterior spaces for the construction of the new elementary school.
