Accommodation and Catering Services for Police Officers

This procurement process aims to establish a framework agreement for the accommodation and catering services for police officers. The detailed description of the contract for each task is included in Chapter XIX of the Terms of Reference, which outlines the general conditions of the framework agreement. The contracting authority does not require the submission of specific evidence with the offer. Variant offers are not permitted. The contractor must indicate in the offer which parts of the contract will be subcontracted and provide the names of any known subcontractors. Employment requirements include hiring chefs under an employment contract. During the execution of the contract, the contracting authority has the right to conduct control activities regarding compliance with employment requirements. The contractor must provide evidence of compliance upon request. No bid security is required for any task. The types and scope of changes to the contract are detailed in Chapter XIX of the Terms of Reference. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure if public funds intended for financing the contract are not granted. The contracting authority also informs that it is the data controller for personal data processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
