Property Maintenance Services for Outdoor Areas in Lappeenranta

This contract opportunity is for the provision of outdoor maintenance services for properties managed by Lappeenrannan, Lappeenrannan Yritystila Oy, Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy, Saimaan Tukipalvelut Oy, and the South Karelia Wellbeing Area. The properties are located within the city of Lappeenranta and are divided into several areas, each numbered as follows due to existing contracts: 2. East City Center, 6. Kuusimäki-Lavola, 8. Nuijamaa, 9. Mustola, 11. Joutseno, 12. Ylämaa, 13. Central Hospital, 14. Fortress, 15. Sammontalo. One supplier will be selected for each area to provide the services. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more areas, but partial bids within areas are not accepted. Suppliers are required to familiarize themselves with the sites before submitting a proposal. The contract period begins on November 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2027, without a separate termination notice. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) additional year. The client will notify about the potential use of the option with a separate decision before the end of the contract period.
