This contract opportunity involves providing basic cleaning services for construction sites and public roadways managed by the contracting authority. The services include: - Cleaning activities at construction sites where building work is being carried out for the contracting authority. - Cleaning services for public roads managed by the contracting authority. - Waste management services, including the collection and disposal of construction debris and non-hazardous waste, as well as the disposal of selected office waste (e.g., documents after shredding). - Maintenance and trimming of greenery along public roads managed by the contracting authority. Participation in this contract is reserved for suppliers who employ at least three disadvantaged individuals. Disadvantaged individuals are defined as those who have been registered with the employment office for at least five months, those with lower qualifications, individuals recently released from prison, and others facing social exclusion. Some contracts within this framework will be reserved for small businesses, defined as those with a maximum of 10 employees and an annual turnover not exceeding 2 million EUR.
