Hydrogen Fuel Purchase for Buses

This contract involves the purchase of hydrogen fuel for hydrogen-powered buses. The total quantity required is up to 198,880 kg, to be delivered at a location specified by the buyer. Detailed execution methods are outlined in the attached documents. The buyer allows equivalent solutions to those described in the technical specifications. The contract includes provisions for the employment of staff by the contractor or subcontractor under labor agreements, specifically for the operation and sale of hydrogen fuel. The buyer reserves the right to unilaterally extend the order by up to 50,000 kg if there is increased demand due to more kilometers driven by hydrogen buses or the addition of new hydrogen buses in 2026. The contract may be extended for up to 6 months if the option is exercised. The buyer will notify the contractor in writing if they choose to exercise this option. The contractor must adhere to the conditions and rates in their submitted offer.
