Poland – Software Packages and IT Systems – Delivery and Implementation of Spatial Planning and Public Sector Information Resource Sharing Platform

This contract involves the delivery and implementation of a platform for spatial planning and sharing public sector information resources. It is part of the project "Electronic Public Services and Access to Spatial Information for Residents of the Biała Subregion in the Lublin Voivodeship," which is being carried out by partners including the Municipality of Ulan-Majorat (the lead), Municipality of Komarówka Podlaska, Municipality of Wohyń, Municipality of Wola Uhruska, and Municipality of Wyryki. The contracting authority is acting jointly based on Article 38, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019, and a partnership agreement for the joint implementation of the project signed on June 20, 2023, between the Municipality of Ulan-Majorat and the other municipalities involved. The contracting authority responsible for conducting this procedure on behalf of the mentioned municipalities is the Municipality of Ulan-Majorat.
