Service Management System Procurement

This procurement opportunity is for a service management system that includes functionalities such as service catalog management, service request management, service level management, self-service portal, incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, user management, and AI capabilities. The software products used for delivering the service must be ready-made solutions. The procurement includes a delivery project and support services for the duration of use. More detailed information about the procurement is provided in the request for proposals and its attachments, particularly in Attachment 1 "Description of the Procurement." The initial contract period will be a fixed term of twenty-four (24) months with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term. The procurement contract will be made according to the draft contract in Attachment 2 of the request for proposals. The estimated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold as defined in Section 26 of the procurement law.
