    Brief

The Council is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to inform the procurement of an Asset Information Management System (AIMS). This system will support compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and manage the Golden Thread of Information across approximately 20,000 dwellings, including 44 Higher Risk Buildings. The solution must be a secure, cloud-based platform capable of managing asset information, safety case records, compliance documentation, change control processes, and supporting BIM integration, reporting, and regulatory assurance. The engagement will gather supplier feedback on available solutions, implementation approaches, integration capabilities with existing systems, data migration requirements, commercial models, and market capacity to deliver this service.
