Supply of Dairy Products in Slovakia

The Central Procurement Organization is announcing a contract under category No. 3 DNS titled: Dairy Products. The contract involves the supply of dairy products from farmers/producers for organizations under the jurisdiction of the Banskobystrický self-governing region. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of dairy products as specified in the JOSEPHINE system. The products will be delivered for a period of 6 months from the effective date of the contracts. The contract is not divided into parts, meaning that offers must be submitted for all items or sets of items. A framework purchase agreement will be concluded by the Office of BBSK as the central public procurement entity for organizations under its jurisdiction. Offers must be submitted in the form of an electronic catalog. The Banskobystrický self-governing region, as the central public procurement entity, will enter into a framework agreement with the successful bidder, which will also apply to Third Parties (organizations under its jurisdiction). A list of Third Parties is included as Annex 2 of the competition documents.
