Vehicle Rental Services for Production Section

The Romanian National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration is seeking suppliers for the rental of industrial vehicles with drivers, specifically front loaders with a minimum bucket capacity of 2 cubic meters. This is a framework agreement lasting 2 years, with a maximum value of 1,200,000 lei (excluding VAT) and a minimum value of 48,000 lei (excluding VAT). The smallest subsequent contract will be valued at 24,000 lei (excluding VAT), while the largest will be 240,000 lei (excluding VAT). The quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts will be based on the attached quantity lists in the specifications. At least one subsequent contract will be awarded based on the necessary equipment for the execution of works by the Production Section. This framework agreement does not constitute a legal basis for public fund commitments. Subsequent contracts will be awarded under this framework agreement, providing the legal basis for payment. Any modifications during the contract period will be subject to review clauses in accordance with Article 221 of Law No. 98/2016, provided they do not constitute substantial changes. The review clauses include changes in the parties involved, contract price adjustments due to legislative changes, and payment methods in case of legislative modifications. Interested suppliers may request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification within 10 days before the submission deadline. Any requests for clarification submitted after the specified date will be considered late.
