    Brief

    This procurement procedure involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of "Underwater Drone" products, with a total of 41 units, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the terms of reference no. 110278 dated March 31, 2025, and the technical specifications no. 110279 dated March 31, 2025. Clarification requests regarding the procurement documentation must be submitted exclusively through the SEAP platform (https://e-licitatie.ro) by accessing the dedicated "Questions" section of the ongoing procurement procedure. Attention! To ensure equal treatment, interested economic operators must adhere to the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the submission of clarification requests and additional information related to procurement documentation/responses during public procurement procedures conducted electronically (online). Attached documents in the "Questions" section must NOT contain identifying information, as they will become public upon the contracting authority's response. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/additional information by the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarifications can be requested up to 25 days before the offer submission deadline. Contracts will be awarded annually based on the contracting authority's needs.
