Construction of a New Police Headquarters in Katowice

This contract involves the construction of a new headquarters for the Municipal Police in Katowice. The project includes the following key components: 1) An administrative and office building with a height of 21 meters, featuring a total volume of 56,658.5 m³ and a usable area of 10,843.19 m², consisting of 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor. 2) A technical and storage building with a volume of 3,324.2 m³ and a usable area of 723.55 m², consisting of 1 above-ground floor. 3) A garage building with a volume of 14,168.54 m³ and a usable area of 2,150.8 m², consisting of 1 above-ground floor. 4) A canine building with a volume of 2,497.58 m³ and a usable area of 397.92 m², consisting of 1 above-ground floor. 5) Site development including 218 parking spaces (4 for disabled individuals), dog kennels with fenced exercise areas, an obstacle course for dogs, a noise barrier, informational pylons, flagpoles, bicycle racks, retention tanks, fencing, and other infrastructure elements as specified in the project documentation. The contract must be executed in accordance with the construction designs, specifications, and applicable laws. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the necessary funding is not secured.
