Purchase and Delivery of Mobile Phones for Police Districts

This contract involves the procurement and delivery of mobile phones for police districts in the Silesian region and other officers and employees due to the significant wear of existing devices. The contract is divided into two tasks: Task 1 involves the purchase and delivery of Samsung S24 mobile phones or equivalent models, while Task 2 involves the purchase and delivery of Samsung Xcover 7 mobile phones or equivalent models. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with four contractors whose offers meet all requirements and receive the highest scores based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documents. If fewer than four offers are submitted but at least two valid offers are received, the authority will still enter into a framework agreement with all compliant contractors. If fewer than two valid offers are received, the procurement process will be canceled. After signing the framework agreement, the authority will invite all contractors to submit partial offers for the execution of the contract. The authority will award the contract to the contractor with the highest score based on the evaluation criteria. The unit prices offered during the execution phase cannot exceed those submitted in the initial offer. All supplied devices must be brand new, free from technical and legal defects, and compliant with quality standards. The delivery location is the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice. The contractor must provide a warranty of at least 12 months for accessories and 24 months for the phones. All warranty-related costs, including transport, will be borne by the contractor. The total value of the framework agreement will not exceed 2,489,488.51 PLN, with specific allocations for each task. The authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement if the necessary funding is not secured.
