    Brief

This contract involves the delivery of three brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicles. Suppliers are allowed to submit partial offers according to Article 91, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Offers can be made for one, two, or all three parts of the contract. There is no limit on the number of parts that can be awarded to a single contractor. Each part will be evaluated separately: Part A – delivery of one (1) heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (GCBA) for the County Fire Brigade in Gniezno; Part B – delivery of one (1) heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (GCBA) for the City Fire Brigade in Poznań; Part C – delivery of one (1) heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle (GCBA) for the County Fire Brigade in Śrem. Detailed descriptions and execution methods for each part are included in the Terms of Reference: for Part A in Annex 3A, for Part B in Annex 3B, and for Part C in Annex 3C. The contracting authority plans to use the so-called reverse procedure, as mentioned in Article 139, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, meaning that the evaluation of offers will occur first, followed by the qualification of the contractor whose offer received the highest score, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the participation conditions. The contracting authority does not foresee awarding contracts as mentioned in Article 214, Section 1, Point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. An electronic auction is not planned. The contracting authority is not conducting a procedure to conclude a framework agreement.
