Supply of Firefighting Vehicle for Training Center

This contract involves the delivery of one brand new medium firefighting and rescue vehicle (GBA) for the Training Center of the Provincial Command of the State Fire Service in Poznań, Poland. Detailed specifications and execution methods are provided in the OPZ, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. Partial bids are not allowed. Justification: Due to the requirement for a single vehicle, dividing the contract into parts is not feasible. Variant bids and electronic catalog submissions are also not permitted. The contracting authority will use a reversed procedure as outlined in Article 139, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, meaning that the evaluation of bids will occur first, followed by the qualification of the contractor whose bid is rated highest, ensuring they meet the exclusion criteria and participation conditions. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement process before the bid submission deadline if circumstances arise that make further proceedings unjustified. No framework agreements or electronic auctions are anticipated.
