The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (STM) is seeking suppliers to conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence assessments. The procurement is divided into two areas: 1. Systematic literature reviews 2. Evidence assessments. A detailed description of the procurement is provided in Annex 1 of the request for proposals. Framework agreements will be established for each area, with four (4) suppliers selected for each. The maximum total value of the procurements under these framework agreements is €1,200,000. The contract period is expected to start on February 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2026. The buyer reserves the right to extend the contract period by up to two (2) one-year options after the initial contract period ends. This request for proposals is part of the proposal VN/33091/2024 for assessing economic impacts and modeling cost-effectiveness for the healthcare service selection council, with an expected total value exceeding the EU threshold. This proposal also includes area 4, which involves the collection of background materials, for which suppliers have been selected under the procurement decision VN/25462/2024-STM-2.
