Key activities include: - Systematic preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance - Corrective maintenance - Major preventive maintenance and revisions of installations - Emergency repairs - Energy management and operation of technical installations and monitoring their performance - Administrative follow-up and reporting - Additional works. The technical installations are divided into four parts that together form one lot: PART 1 - HVAC EQUIPMENT PART 2 - ELECTRICITY (HIGH AND LOW VOLTAGE) PART 3 - ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENT PART 4 - LIFTS AND GOODS LIFTS.
