    Brief

The AOK community, which serves 27 million insured individuals and partners across 11 regional AOKs, currently has several shared frontend products, some accessible via meine.aok.de and the 'Meine AOK' app. For AOK insured individuals, these include: -- 'Meine AOK' - iOS and Android app for AOK insured individuals -- OGS-PK ('Online Business Office for Private Customers') - Web portal for AOK insured individuals For AOK partners, the products include: -- OGS-FK ('Online Business Office for Corporate Customers') - Web portal for companies with AOK insured individuals -- OGS-LE ('Online Business Office for Service Providers') - Web portal for billing entities with AOK, such as medical supply stores (collectively referred to as 'FE products'). These FE products consist of various functional elements that differ in their composition for private customers (PK) and corporate customers (FK) or service providers (LE). Historically, most frontend products were developed separately, with only a few components being cross-platform. Currently, AOK Systems GmbH is responsible for the (further) development of the FE products as the AOK development service provider, while the AOK IT infrastructure service provider manages the cross-AOK operation of the FE products. The development service provider offers the FE products it has developed, which are operated by the IT infrastructure service provider, to the AOK community nationwide with regional adaptations. The FE products provide functionalities such as master data changes or a mailbox for insured individuals. Some of these functionalities require access to the AOK's backend SAP system oscare(R). Currently, some FE products, especially the 'Meine AOK' app, are not in a state to be uniformly and cross-platform developed. Therefore, the AOK community, represented uniformly by AML GbR, intends to reassign the following services from this frontend portfolio: -- Provision of a portal framework to maximize reusability and maintainability. -- Takeover of the FE products with optimization of future maintenance and further development. -- Further development of the FE products to enable a quick response to changing market needs.
